Invicta Fc 16 was her debut fight in the Bantamweight division. She beat Amanda Cooper with an armbar in second round. Aspen employed her skills in wrestling to take out McGill via TKO in the third round (elbows and punches). Aspen later fought Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18 at weight of catchweight (138.1lb) in the event that Ladd did not have enough weight. However, Aspen was able to beat Hoy. She won via TKO in the second-round. As for her final fight for Promotion, she beat Sijara Eubanks in a an unanimous decision in Invicta FC 21. The debut of Aspen Ladd's UFC debut came at UFC Fight Night 118 when she fought Lina Lansberg. She outclassed Lina by grounding and pounding her before prevailing by TKO during the second round. Her dominance continued and she got a bigger win during her next fight against Tonya Evinger at UFC 229 Ladd ended Evinger's bout after the first round. Also, she was awarded an extra bonus for her performance that evening. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee, she fought Sijara-Eubanks to win her first major fight. Both the fighters put on an intense battle that concluded with Ladd triumphing via a unanimous decision and each fighter received an award known as the Fight of the Night bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie stopped Ladd's winning streak in just 16 seconds. Following a brief break, she returned to finish Yana Kunizkaya in UFC's ESPN 7 third-round fight. For a rematch she took on Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. She was defeated by a unanimous decision.
