Elizabeth Joanna Mitchell, born on March 27, 1970 in New York City at a height of 5'9" she is an acclaimed American actor. Her roles are the role of Dr. Juliet Burke from ABC TV's Lost series and FBI Agent Erica Evans for V. Gia. Mitchell currently co-stars in Eric Kripke's television series Revolution that airs on NBC. Joseph Day Mitchell, her stepfather and Josephine Marian Mitchell are both lawyers from Dallas. Mitchell along with her mother relocated into Dallas Texas in 1970 where her mother got married to Joseph Mitchell in 1975. Mitchell is a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School which is a public magnet school for performing and visual arts. Mitchell is the oldest of her three sisters, the other two being Kristina Kristie Mitchell (the the tiniest) as well as Katherine Day Kate Mitchell. In 1991 she graduated from Stephens College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting and also studying at the British American Drama Academy.Mitchell worked for six years in Dallas Theater Center and a time at the Encore Theater.
